With 20 years of experience in the software testing field, I have gradually transitioned from a functional tester to roles in coordination and management. This journey has allowed me to contribute to various tasks, such as test automation, creating service centers, managing QA teams, and conducting maturity audits. I also had the opportunity to lead a testing division within an IT services company, which gave me a comprehensive understanding of quality-related challenges.

Currently at Carrefour for 8 years as a "Chapter Lead Quality Engineering," my responsibility is to ensure compliance with quality standards and processes throughout the software development cycle, integrating a continuous Quality@Speed approach.

Quality Engineering has now become essential in the development cycle, and measuring all its aspects (security, performance, functionality) is crucial. With this in mind, I designed and implemented the "QE Score", a global indicator to assess the application quality of a project. After several years of experimentation, I have been able to adjust and improve it based on feedback and the specific needs of each project.

The concept of the "QE Score" has been presented at various meetings and conferences and has sparked interest from other companies who have used it to structure their own quality tracking processes.
